BioSekunce™ Ice-Free Rapid Transfer Buffer (10X)

BioSekunce™ Ice-Free Rapid Transfer Buffer (10X) is a non-toxic 10× concentrated buffer for rapid wet transfer in Western blotting.

Non-toxic & Safe Formula

Supplied as a 10× stock solution, it needs to be diluted to 1× with appropriate water and ethanol before application. This buffer contains no toxic or hazardous ingredients and eliminates the need for highly toxic reagents such as methanol.

Fast Transfer with Low Heat Generation

It enables highly efficient protein transfer:

• At constant current of 500 mA: Complete transfer within 15–20 min (external ice bath recommended);
• At constant current of 400 mA: Complete transfer within 20–25 min (external ice bath not required; built-in ice pack alone is sufficient).

Proteins separated on polyacrylamide gels can be fully transferred onto blotting membranes including PVDF membranes and nitrocellulose (NC) membranes with excellent transfer efficiency and minimal heat buildup. Conventional transfer buffers generate excessive heat under identical running parameters; if heat output is kept at a comparable level, traditional buffers require far longer transfer durations to achieve equivalent results.
