Product Description
This product is a concentrated running buffer designed for SDS-PAGE protein electrophoresis. When diluted to working concentration, it drastically accelerates protein migration and significantly shortens electrophoresis runtime. The entire separation process can be completed in approximately 31 minutes under a voltage range of 199 V to 251 V, and it yields thin, sharp, well-resolved protein bands after electrophoresis.
Supplied as a 20× concentrated stock solution, this buffer can be diluted with pure water to a 1× working concentration prior to use, compatible with standard denaturing polyacrylamide gel systems.
Preparation protocol for 500 mL of 1× running buffer: Mix 25 mL of the 20× concentrated buffer with 475 mL of pure water and homogenize thoroughly.
